Dock Schedule – Effective October 26 2015

All of us at KOST® USA, Inc. would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your continuing support of our business.

As part our continuous improvement plan, KOST® USA has revised our dock schedule guidelines to improve the flow of raw materials and finished goods in and out of our Cincinnati, Ohio plant. If you arrange your own freight, these new guidelines may affect you.

Outbound Packaged Truckload Guidelines (>9 pallets)
All TL deliveries require an appointment which should be made with a KOST® USA customer service representative. customer service@kostusa.com
Shipping days are Monday through Friday (Excluding Major Holidays)
Available appointment times are in 1 hour increments operating from 7:00am until 3pm.

Outbound LTL Guidelines (<10 pallets)
No delivery appointments are required for LTL shipments
Shipping days are Monday through Friday (Excluding Major Holidays)
The shipping window is 12:00pm until 5:00pm

Adherence to these dock scheduling guidelines is important for KOST® USA to serve our customers with the highest level of service possible and minimize wait time for carriers.
