KOSTKut 103 Series

The KOSTKut 103 series is an advanced light colored and low odor metalworking formula developed with polymeric additives. This series of metalworking fluids are sulfur free and contains ample amount of lubricity additives for a superior surface finish. This advanced fluid utilizes no chlorine for extreme pressure (EP). Instead, KOST USA utilizes synergistic chemistry to effectively deliver EP protection. The polymeric additive system reduces the tendencies for the production of mist. They are less susceptible to oxidation than older technology cutting fluids.

The KOSTKut 103 series is designed for use with both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. They are suitable for use in many different type of metal removal application such as light duty grinding, turning, deep-hole drilling and milling. Due to KOSTKut 103 series excellent machining and lubricating properties, they are well suited for dual and tri-purpose applications, effectively eliminating the dilution of the cutting oil from lesser performing lube oils.
