AchievAL ™ SynGear EP

AchievAL SynGear EP lubricants are super premium synthetic gear oils engineered for all kinds of enclosed gearing, plain and rolling element bearings. The naturally high viscosity index exhibit superb oxidation and thermal stability along with excellent low temperature viscometrics across a wide range of applications. Under these various temperatures, protection is not jeopardized in various load and speed conditions. AchievAL SynGear EP oils are engineered with outstanding extreme pressure (EP) additives to provide a layer of protection for shock loading. They are especially useful where micropitting of gear teeth has been a predominate problem. Their low friction tendencies when compared to conventional gear lubricants produce lower operating temperatures and increased gear efficiency. They incorporate an effective demulsifier to rapidly separate drop water from the oil to be drained off. This limits the risk of foaming and maintains oil film integrity, as well as reducing the chance of corrosion and premature oxidation.

AchievAL SynGear EP Series covers a wide range of viscosities. According to the original equipment manufacturer, they will be used in a wide range of enclosed gear and bearing applications where superior EP gear oil is recommended. The higher viscosities are suitable for use in slower speeds and higher load applications. Because of their superior reduction in friction tendencies, they are perfect for situations where conventional oils operate in the boundary regimes. They meet or exceed many industry specifications and OEM requirements, such as: AGMA 9005-D94-S, Cincinnati Machine, API GL-3, DIN 51517 Part 3 (CPL), ISO 12925-1 Type CKD, Flender, David Brown, Hansen, Jahnel-Kertermann, and many others.
